The first step in preparing your platform for the transition is to verify the Basic Configuration within your SAP Solution Manager environment. Proper completion of these steps is mandatory to ensure the Cybersecurity Extension for SAP functions correctly after you remove Security Bridge consoles, sensors, users, and addons from your landscape.
How do you verify the Basic Configuration?
You must confirm that all steps in the Basic Configuration scenario are marked as “completed” (green status). To perform this verification:
- Execute transaction SOLMAN_SETUP in your SAP system.
- Alternatively, navigate to the work center: SAP Solution Manager Configuration – Configuration (All Scenarios).
